Happy Birthday Nippy!
TMZ has obtained a picture of Bobby and Whitney taken on Tuesday dining at Joe's Crab Shack in Alpharetta, GA. Judging from their puffy eyes it looks like they have been crankin' more than that Forrest Gump. You know Bobbay keeps a bottle of Visine on him at all times.

I can always tell when Nippy is having a fun time because she wears her hair in that
pilgrimage to Israel style. That's the equivalent to the Rihanna bob in the smoker's world. See previous entry for proof.
