Visual Contraception

I've taken it upon myself to hook you up with a free month supply of birth control. No thanks required. I did this out of the goodness of my ice box. Save the money you were planning to use as gas cash for your trip down to the local planned parenthood office and buy yourself something special.

But before we get down to the good stuff, first allow "the rappa ternt singer" to explain the difference between R&B and Hard & B.
