The curvy winner of the third season of "America's Next Top Model" has booted her co-managers Tyra Banks and Benny Medina and hired a new management team headed by Jerome Martin. She's also making her last name sound like less of a barnyard animal and will officially announce Friday that she's changing it to Marcille, her middle name.
