Decisions, Decisions

Throwback Mr. Telephone man, ya'll.

I'm mad late on this one but thankfully you guys always have your eyes open. Loyal crunkster Tangi sent in this story after reading about it on Real Gossip 101 over the weekend. We here at C+D credit other blogs/sites unlike some other folks who shall remain nameless.

But I digress.

Ike Turner's death last month has producers of the indie flick "Fallen Angels" scrambling for a replacement. "Ike was going to play a record exec - a real cool cat. He was supposed to shoot his part this month. He would have been great," executive producer George Angelo Jr. told Page Six. So who will replace the controversial soul legend? "We're hoping to get somebody like Bobby Brown or Snoop Dogg." Turner was the long-ago husband and singing partner of the great Tina Turner. [source]

Sorry Snoop but my vote goes to Eddie Kaine Jr. I think this would be his "Effie" role. Bobby could finally earn the respect of his industry peers that he has been after for more than a decade.

All he need is one shot! Right.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Use don't abuse (ie. adding me to your site's mailing list). And for the love of God please stop sending mp3 files of your music. I am not Clive Davis and to be frank I probably don't want to hear the shit anyway. You should also know that I take my slow, precious time responding to email. And sometimes I don't respond at all.
